  • If you’re driving to the pub, set your sat nav for PO19 7JG. There’s plenty of car-parking space in the nearby market car park. From the car park, keep to your right and you’ll find us on the right-hand side before the crossing (next to the barber shop).

  • Our nearest bus stop is right next to the market car park. Use the directions above to find us from there.

  • Chichester train station is 10 minutes’ walk away and is found at the bottom of South Street. Walk straight up South Street to the town centre, turn right, and walk to the end of East Street. Cross the crossing, then turn left onto The Hornet - we are on the right hand side past the barber shop.

Local attractions

The local market is held on Wednesdays & Saturdays until 2pm, and represents a great way to spend a morning. It’s just a minute’s walk from the pub. Chichester Cathedral is another top attraction, just five minutes’ walk, while Chichester Festival Theatre is a 15 minutes away at the top of North Street.
